The personification of the Japanese destroyer Hatsuyuki in Kantai Collection. Character design by Shibafu (Glock23), voiced by Uesaka Sumire.
She has long Black Hair in a Hime Cut with Blunt Bangs, and Brown Eyes. Her default outfit is the Special-Type's Serafuku: a White Shirt with Blue Sailor Collar, blue Neckerchief, blue Pleated Skirt, and grey Rudder Footwear.
Her Rigging is also shared with the rest of the Special-Types: her funnel to her back with a 12.7 cm twin gun mount and 61 cm triple Torpedo Tubes on her thighs.
