Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Amatsukaze. Character design by Shizuma Yoshinori, voiced by Ogura Yui.
She has long white or Grey Hair in a Two Side Up hairstyle, decorated with windsocks acting as Hair Tubes.
Her default outfit consists of a brown short Sailor Dress with a White Sailor Collar, Grey Neckerchief and Lifebuoy clip, black Mini Hat styled after her real-life funnel, Black Choker, single white glove on her right hand, Red Thighhighs with Garter Straps, and red High Heels. Her Rigging consists of her own Rensouhou-Kun on a bow hull piece to her right and quad 61 cm Torpedo Tubes to her back.
She is implied to be a Tsundere. As the historical Amatsukaze was the testbed for Shimakaze (Kancolle)'s turbines, she is, in a way, Shimakaze's elder sister.
