Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Tokitsukaze. Character design by Shizuma Yoshinori, voiced by Fujita Saki.
She has short Black Hair with a Side Ahoge and long Sidelocks, and Brown Eyes. Her outfit consists of a long-sleeved white Tied Shirt with a Blue Sailor Collar, Yellow Neckerchief, black Mini Hat patterned off her real-life funnel, black Lowleg Pantyhose with a side seam, white Side-Tie Panties, and red rudder heels.
Her Rigging consists of a quad 61 cm Torpedo Tubes to her back and a 12.7 cm Handgun. Tokitsukaze's official art deliberately gives her a somewhat dog-like appearance, mostly due to her hairstyle.
In numerous fan-arts of her, she was often paired with Arbok from Pokemon franchise who is coiling her.
