Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Hatsukaze. Character design by Konishi (Koconatu), voiced by Bridcutt Sarah Emi.
She is portrayed with long blue in a Hime Cut, and Blue Eyes. Her default outfit is the Konishi-design Kagerou-class uniform (White Shirt, Black Vest, black Pleated Skirt), with Hatsukaze's defined by her Yellow Ascot, white Kneehighs, and brown Loafers.
Her Rigging consists of her bridge to her back, 61 cm quad Torpedo Tubes to her left, a 12.7 cm twin gun mount to her right, another 12.7 as a Handgun, and two 25 mm Anti-Aircraft Guns on Thigh Straps.
