Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Arare. Character design by Konishi (Koconatu), voiced by Miyakawa Wakana.
She is a timid girl with short Black Hair and Brown Eyes. Her default outfit is the Konishi-design Asashio-class uniform: a Hat, a short-sleeved White Shirt, a Skirt with Suspenders, black Kneehighs, and grey-red Rudder Footwear.
Her Rigging consists of her real-life bridge and foremast to her back, a 12.7 cm twin Handgun mount, and 61 cm quad handheld Torpedo Tubes.
