Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Ooshio. Character design by Konishi (Koconatu), voiced by Miyakawa Wakana.
She has blue/purple hair in Short Twintails, and Purple Eyes. Her default outfit is the Konishi-design Asashio-class uniform: a short-sleeved White Shirt, a Grey Skirt with Suspenders, black Kneehighs, and grey-red Rudder Footwear.
Her Rigging consists of her real-life bridge and foremast to her back, a 12.7 cm twin Handgun mount, and 61 cm quad handheld Torpedo Tubes.
She is a cheerful, high-spirited girl. Her catchphrase is "Big Torpedo In A Small Body!", which is sometimes jokingly referred to as a Sexually Suggestive phrase.
