Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Shirakumo. Character designed by Shibafu (Glock23), voiced by Uesaka Sumire.
She has long White Hair as a nod to her name's meaning (white clouds), and Grey Eyes.
Her outfit and Rigging is the Special Type's base Serafuku: White Shirt with a Blue Sailor Collar, blue Pleated Skirt, black kneehighs, rudder boots, funnel and mast held as a backpack, two 610 mm triple Torpedo Tubes strapped to her thighs, and a handheld 127 mm twin gun mount Type A.
