The grey seal stranded from the Outside World into Gensokyo, who had swam from the sea into fresh water river near human residency. Its name was taken from a mythical furred fish with a head of an otter. A one time celebrity whose fame has faded and an example of those forgotten in the Outside World will appear in Gensokyo. Now under the care of the kappa and performing tricks for humans, also aiding Kasen in ULiL.
