Fourth game of the Touhou series, released 14 August 1998. Part of the PC-98 era of Touhou games.
A sudden influx of youkai drove Hakurei Shrine Miko Hakurei Reimu to climb high above the mountains behind her shrine to a suspicious lake she believes to be the source of the Traditional Youkai — only to be joined by her former enemy Kirisame Marisa (PC-98).
