She has long Brown Hair, and Brown Eyes. Her base outfit, shared with her sister Kitakami (Kancolle), is composed of a Green Shirt with a Green Sailor Collar, Black Neckerchief, green Pleated Skirt, Black Socks with white stripes, and brown Loafers.
Her base Rigging consists of her real-life funnel and foremast to her back, a 14 cm Handgun mount, and twin 61 cm Torpedo Tubes on her left arm.
Often referred to as "Ooi-cchi" by Kitakami (Kancolle). Sometimes depicted as extremely Kitakami-sexual.
