Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese seaplane tender Akitsushima. Character design by Shizuma Yoshinori, voiced by Komatsu Mikako.
She has long purple-Grey Hair tied into a Side Ponytail to her left with an Ahoge on top, and Purple Eyes. She also has a very long Hair Ribbon on her right with two dangling Anchors. Her default outfit consists of a grey Mini Hat patterned off her real-life bow, a Military Uniform with black trim that includes a double-breasted Jacket, Black Armband with her real-life Radar set, green Pleated Skirt, White Thighhighs, single Thigh Strap, and Rudder Footwear.
Her Rigging consists of a hull piece with her real-life camouflage pattern, a large Crane (Machine), a 12.7 cm twin gun mount, and a 25 mm triple Anti-Aircraft Gun mount.
Her "familiar" is Nishikitaitei-Chan, a Flying Boat nearly as large as herself that has a Rensouhou-Chan-like face on its left side that she carries with her.
