A member of the Rashinban Musume, or compass girls of Kantai Collection.
Her defining features are her Brown Hair in a long Ponytail, and the Chick (called a "hiyoko" in Japanese) that sits on her head. She wears a dark gray Serafuku with Pantyhose.
She usually has a "X3" expression and is portrayed as quite hyper.
