Cha (Kancolle)

Also known as: 羅針盤娘

A member of the Rashinban Musume, or compass girls of Kantai Collection.

Her defining features are her short Brown Hair with an Ahoge, and an Apple-shaped Hairclip. She wears a gray and black Serafuku with white Pantyhose.
