Tube Pan

A tube pan, tube cake pan, or angel food cake pan is a type of Cake Pan that is donut-shaped with a central indent. It has relatively straight sides and a flat bottom, unlike the curved sides and rounded/narrow bottom of a bundt pan. They're used for baking airy cakes such as Angel Food Cake, Sponge Cake, and Chiffon Cake.
