Tsumiki has long Black Hair and Purple Eyes. She has a mole underneath her right eye. She wears a Nurse uniform with Puffy Short Sleeves and an Apron over it. Tsumiki has Bandages wrapped around most of her right leg and left arm. She also has a bandaid on her right knee.
