A character introduced in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, titled the Ultimate Traditional Dancer. (超高校級の「日本舞踊家」)
She has long Blonde Hair and yellow or Orange Eyes. Known for her close friendship with Koizumi Mahiru, as well as her relentless bullying of Tsumiki Mikan.
In Danganronpa 2, she wears her hair in Twintails, has two green Hair Bows that each have a cat face in the middle, and wears an orange Furisode and a green Obi. Her character art depicts her with a Ponytail and pink furisode, though this design does not appear in the game itself.
An older version of Hiyoko is seen in a photo near the end of Danganronpa 2, before appearing more prominently in Danganronpa 3 (Anime)'s Despair Arc. She is noticeably taller due to experiencing a growth spurt, and is now always depicted with a ponytail.
In Danganronpa 3, she wears a yellow furisode, red obi, and red hair bow before her growth spurt, and a pink furisode, multicolored obi, and pink Hair Scrunchie after it. She wears her hair in a ponytail in both designs.
