Thighs that are thicker than "normal."
Don't add this tag just because thighs are visible. The actual size must be large to use this tag. In general, be careful if you have a character with either a very Fat waist that doesn't require the thighs to be very thick, or a very thin waist that requires the thighs to be very thick, if each thigh is about the same size as the character's waist.
