A type of Nabe dish, cooked over a direct fire at the table in a nabe hot pot.
Sukiyaki contains thinly-sliced Beef, green vegetables, Mushrooms, Tofu, Spring Onion, and (often) Noodles, in a Soy Sauce, Granulated Sugar, mirin, and Sake cooking broth. It is usually served with raw Egg for dipping.
Also known as gyuunabe (beef nabe).
