A Japanese winter dish consisting of several ingredients such as Hardboiled Eggs, Daikon radish, Konnyaku (Food), Shirataki Noodles and processed Fish Cakes stewed in a light, soy-flavoured dashi broth.
While these are the core ingredients, oden is very much subject to regional and personal variations.
