Seaport Water Oni is an enemy Abyssal Ship in Kantai Collection. She appeared as part of the Spring 2015 Event.
She is essentially an evolved Seaport Princess visually. She has gargantuan forearms with monstrous clawed hands and her hair is an absurd length. She wears a ribbed white dress with a Cleavage Cutout that shows off her rather Huge Breasts, possibly the largest in the game, and white ribbed thighhighs. Behind her is a large mechanical base.
Fans think that she has a scary thuggish face on her portrait. Naturally, fan-artists run with it or even goes with the idea that she actually is a thuggish delinquent, sometimes making it to where she is actually nice but her expression threatens others. This is most likely due to her drastically misleading voice which is very child-like and nearly the same pitch as Northern Ocean Princess's.
