Her arms are Bound by advanced mechanical Handcuffs with chains which are also her Weapon/Gun which she dual wields. Wears a Shrug (Clothing), two Thigh Strap and Short Shorts which has the patterns of Striped Prison Clothes.
Her name is taken from 'deliquency', a crime committed by teenagers or young people.
