A member of Best Seller, a Nikke squad tasked in archiving the many culture and history of the surface as well as preserving the history of the Ark itself. A huge fan of Robin Hood, Phantom believes herself to be a thief of justice. However despite her reputation as a librarian, she has abysmal skills in grammar and writing.
She has blue and yellow eyes, greyish hair with purple streak, and Large Breasts. Her outfit consists of a Top Hat, Purple Jacket, White Shirt, Black Bowtie, Purple Shorts, and White Pantyhose.
