Pocoloco also happens to be a Stand user, whose Hey Ya! exists to cheer him up. He bring to the race on his horse Hey Ya (Horse).
Pocoloco is a Dark-Skinned Male of below-average to average height and slim or medium build. He sports a horseshoe Mustache.
Throughout the race, Pocoloco wears a light, cropped Tank Top and Pants, which sport a brick-like pattern. He is also seen wearing a harness, knee high boots, and a classic leather Aviator Cap covered with distinctive elliptical pieces.
During the crossing of the frozen strait, he wears a long-sleeved shirt sporting a similar design as his tank top.
