The resident gambler, rebel and thrill seeker, Festa is often driven by the excitement of risk, constantly tempting the odds for the rush of danger; even in mundane situations, her tendency to place bets is a borderline addiction. Her in-game career reveals she was motivated to take up professional racing by her now terminally-ill teacher, a reference to the real horse's owner, Nobuko Izumi, who passed from cancer midway through its career.
Frequently shown to be best friends and partners in crime with Gold Ship (Umamusume), as well as being a member of the Stay Gold Clan (Umamusume).
