Umamusume character, voiced by Hibi Yuriko.
An almost comically diligent and serious member of Tracen's Disciplinary Committee, Fenomeno often acts as a stereotypical Policewoman even when doing volunteer work, calling her Trainer (Umamusume) "boss". Her selflessness and dutiful nature is often undercut by her deep, loud voice, powerful build and intense face, which frequently causes her grief when trying to help strangers, especially children.
Despite her own eccentricities, Fenomeno is often forced to play the straight woman to the rest of the Stay Gold Clan (Umamusume), especially when her straightforward and regulations-minded tendencies are exploited by Gold Ship (Umamusume) and Nakayama Festa (Umamusume) pranking her.
