A prefecture of Japan located in the Kantou region of Honshu. It is the second-most populous prefecture of Japan. It borders Tokyo (City) to the north, Yamanashi Prefecture to the northwest and Shizuoka Prefecture to the west.
Its capital is Yokohama, with other major cities including Kawasaki (Kanagawa), Sagamihara, and Fujisawa (City).
