Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light carrier Chitose. Character design by Kuuro Kuro, voiced by Miyakawa Wakana.
She has long Grey Hair in a Ponytail, Grey Eyes, and Large Breasts. Her default outfit is shared with her sister Chiyoda (Kancolle): a white Blouse, red Hakama Short Skirt, black Cropped Jacket with a gold phoenix pattern, Black Pantyhose, Headband, Rudder Footwear, and brown Loafers.
Her Rigging varies across her seaplane tender and light carrier forms. As a seaplane tender, she uses two Aircraft Catapults and 12.7 cm twin Anti-Aircraft Gun mounts, plus Type A Kou-Hyouteki midget submarines at "A" form. As a light carrier, she goes for a Flight Deck theatre, with her identifier (Chiyo) marked on it. She controls her planes with Puppet Strings.
She has a mellow and easy going personality. She can be quite doting towards the Admiral (Kancolle) and is often looking out for her younger sister, Chiyoda (Kancolle). She's fond of Alcohol, particularly Sake. She's often depicted drinking with Jun'You (Kancolle) and the other drunkards in the fleet.
