Azur Lane's personification of the Japanese battleship Mutsu. Character design by Alisa (Kuro No Sakura), voiced by Kurosawa Tomoyo.
She has short Black Hair, Yellow Eyes, and a Petite build (due to her historically being funded by Japanese schoolchildren). Her default outfit is a Nontraditional Miko style of a White Kimono with Wide Sleeves paired with a red Hakama Skirt, plus Black Thighhighs and red Rudder Footwear.
Her Rigging consists of two half-circle hull pieces with four 41 cm twin gun mounts and 8 14 cm single guns, held by her real-life bridge to her back.
