The sole protagonist of the fourth television series in the Kamen Rider franchise.
Adopted by a local tribe after surviving a plane crash in the Amazon rainforest, he returns to Japan to take back a sacred armlet that had been stolen from his village.
A departure from his cyborg predecessors, Amazon resembles a combination of a giant lizard and possibly a piranha (people are still not sure). Despite his unique look, he still retains the traditional Scarf and Compound Eyes of a Kamen Rider.

- Jaguar Shock: Bite the target.
- Monkey Attack: Scratche the target.
- Condor Jump: A high jump that can reach a maximum of 50.0 m in the standing long jump and 80.0 m in the standing high jump.
