She has short Black Hair with a single long strand on her right side, and brown Tsurime eyes. Her default (and only) outfit is a School Swimsuit shared with her sister I-13: hers has her name emblazoned over her left hip. Over this, she wears a serafuku-style White Shirt with a center Breast Cutouts and White Sailor Collar, Brown Neckerchief with some sort of writing, and partially fingerless Black Gloves.
Her Rigging consists of Headphones with a Hat patterned off her real-life bow, her real-life conning tower/hangar on her left arm, and red Rudder Footwear.
She has a forceful, energetic, proud, and somewhat childish personality, in stark contrast to her much meeker (and far more unfortunate) older sister I-13 (Kancolle). She is also sometimes depicted as a Drunkard due to the various documented drinking parties that happened on board the historical submarine.
