SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron was an American action adventure animated series created by Canadian brothers Christian and Yvon Tremblay and produced by Hanna-Barbera.

Set in the fictional Megakat City in a world similar to ours but populated by anthropomorphic felines, the series follow Jake "Razor" Clawson and Chance "T-Bone" Furlong, two combat pilots for the Enforcers, Megakat City's Militarized Police Force until they were unfairly discharged and forced to work at a military junkyard due to a incident with Commander Ulysses Feral, the head of the Enforcers, led to the destruction of Enforcer headquarters.

To continue protecting the people of Megakat City, Razor and T-Bone become the heroic vigilantes known as the SWAT Kats. Using leftover military equipment from the junkyard, the SWAT Kats create a three engine Fighter Jet called the Turbokat, which looks similar to a F-14 Tomcat and Saab Draken with VTOL of a Hawker Harrier, as they used their new jet to protect Megakat City against villains who threatened the city like the evil Dark Kat, mad scientist Dr Viper, undead sorcerer the Time Master and robot gangster couple, the Metallikats. Helping the SWAT Kats in their fight are Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs, who contacts the SWAT Kats whenever a dangerous situation happens when the Enforcers fail to handle it, Lieutenant Felina Feral, an Enforcer pilot and Commander Feral's niece who trust the SWAT Kats unlike her uncle, and Professor Hackle, a former military weapons researcher.

The show aired in 1993 on TBS and was well received which later led to a second season in 1994. However, the show was cancelled in 1995 before the last three episodes of season 2 were made and aired. At first it was believed Ted Turner, the then owner of Hanna-Barbera, was responsible for the show's cancelation due Turner's negative views on violent cartoons when in reality Turner was talking about other tv network cartoons like Beavis And Butt-Head which the SWAT Kats producers misunderstood which led to the show cancellation.

In 2022, the Tremblay Brothers revealed they have teamed up with Indian company Toonz Media Group, as the show was very popular in India, a new 3D animated revival of the show called Swat-Kats Revolution, which air date has yet to be revealed.
