Seras Victoria is a newcomer to the Hellsing Organization. A former policewoman who was sired as a vampire by Alucard himself after being grievously wounded in a run-in with a vampire and his ghouls that killed her fellow officers, Seras is the second vampiric agent employed by Integra Hellsing, and Alucard's partner on the hunt.
She has Blonde Hair, Blue Eyes, and wears a yellow Military Uniform and Miniskirt.
After turning into a complete vampire by drinking Pip Bernardotte's blood, her left arm becomes a False Limb, her eyes turn red, and her outfit is dyed red.
