Older version of Waver Velvet.
He is only a steward of the title, having been given it by Reines El-Melloi Archisorte, the proper heir of the house of El-Melloi. This was both in recognition of his accomplishments, as well as in exchange for assisting the El-Melloi after the destabilizing impact made by the death of Kayneth Archibald.
Can be summoned in Fate/Grand Order under the Caster designation, but as the host body of Zhuge Liang (similar to how Tohsaka Rin is the host of Ishtar).
He is responsible for dismantling the Holy Grail after the fifth Holy Grail War. He is also the only surviving master of the 4th Grail War, following the deaths of Emiya Kiritsugu and Kotomine Kirei.
Tohsaka Rin's lecturer at the Magus Association and possesses an interest in the popular culture of Japan (though he likes little else about the country).
Featured as the eponymous protagonist of Lord El-Melloi II Case Files novel series written by Sanda Makoto and illustrated by Sakamoto Mineji.
