Also known as: 葛飾北斎, 葛飾北斎(Fate), お栄, 葛飾応為
Foreigner-Class servant in Fate/Grand Order. A famous Japanese artist. Some of his more prominent works include the Great Wave off Kanagawa (part of the Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji), and the first known portrayal of tentacle porn, The Dream Of The Fisherman'S Wife, among others.
Similarly to Artemis (Fate) and Orion, the girl who is summoned is not actually Hokusai; the small black Octopus following her named Toto-Sama (Fate) is the true Hokusai, while she herself is his daughter Katsushika Oei, who served as her father's assistant and even produced some works under his name. He takes over her body upon reaching her third ascension, giving her an octopus-themed costume and a purple color scheme.
They have a Swimsuit Saber variant, introduced for the summer 2019 event.
