Katsushika Hokusai (Second Ascension) (Fate)

Katsushika Hokusai (Fate) in her second ascension from Fate/Grand Order. She wears a similar kimono to her first ascension, but wears it Off Shoulder and adds additional patterns to her kimono. The bird print on her kimono also end up coming off of her kimono and flying around her.
