An UTAUloid with a calm and soft singing voice. Her hair is light-blue along with her eyes. Her headphones have panda faces on them, and she wears a white Chinese robe with black thighhighs.
Her color scheme is light blue, black and white. Her genderbent version is (揺歌サイ Yurika Sai); though both seem to be treated as twins, or siblings - with a height difference.
