A detached sleeve cuff, made of material such as fabric, leather, fur, or metal.
For tagging purposes, wrist cuffs look like Wristbands but with frills, button holes, or other distinctive features that closely match the appearance of the cuffs that would be found on a shirt's sleeve.
For restraints, use Cuffs, Handcuffs, or Shackles.
