A garment with an opening in the crotch that exposes the wearer's genitals or underwear.
The cutout should be by design; clothing with a rip in the crotch should be tagged Torn Clothes instead. For garments with an opening that is ordinarily intended to be kept closed with buttons or a zipper, use Open Fly instead.
