Tomitake Jirou is a character from Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni. He has Brown Hair and Brown Eyes, and wears Glasses. He is usually seen wearing a dark green Baseball Cap, a black Sleeveless shirt, Dog Tags around his neck, green military Pants, a Belt and black Boots.
He is a freelance photographer and thus carries a Camera with him. He has a close relationship with Takano Miyo.
Known in Japan for his signature meme technique "Tomitake Flash".
