She wears a frilled layered Black Dress with wide puffy Frilled Sleeves, a blue Dress Bow, frilled white Kneehighs, and black Mary Janes. She also has a black Cat Tail with a Tail Bow.
She's implied to be the manifestation of all the instances of Furude Rika that repeatedly died over the course of Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni.
