Azur Lane's personification of the Soviet heavy cruiser Tallinn.
She has very long White Hair with a small red highlight, Red Eyes and mole on her right breast. Her outfit consists of a white Peaked Cap, white Halter Dress with white Fur-Trimmed Coat, Black Choker, white Elbow Gloves, Black Thighhighs, and white laced-up high heeled Thigh Boots. There are several iron crosses adorning her outfit on her Belt and her coat to indicate that she was built in Germany.
