An alternate timeline Superman (Series) comic from 2003 based on the following premise: "What if Kal-El didn't land in a farm in Smalville, KS, but in a Ukrainian collective farm, and became the Soviet superhero icon?". In this comic miniseries, many other DC superheroes, such as Batman, were "transplanted" to the USSR, as well.
About 17 years after the publication of the comic series, an animated film adoption of the comic was released as a part of the "DC Universe Animated Original Movies".
