Spring rolls are rolled appetizers or Dim Sum commonly found in Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai and Southeast Asian cuisines.
They are popular throughout various regions in China, particularly in areas like Jiangnan. In southern China, during the Spring Festival, people do not eat Jiaozi but instead consume spring rolls and sesame Tangyuan.
