Memetic pose done by Trickcal character Speaki (Trickcal), in which she is Tearing Up in Despair while on All Fours. The pose itself has meme status, and can be seen applied to many different characters in fan works. Posts featuring the pose are commonly tagged with the meme's moniker of <b>Spiki</b> ("스핔이" or "スピキ"), a shortened form of Speaki ("스피키" or "スピッキー"). Posts featuring the pose may be tagged as both "Spiki" and "Speaki" regardless of the character shown (characters that are not Speaki may have the tag "スピキパロ"), but posts only featuring the normal Speaki, ie. not in the meme style, aren't usually tagged with "Spiki".
When Speaki is drawn in this meme pose/art style, she tends to vocalize only with simple phrases based on her Korean voice lines, notably:
- "에-으"/"으애앵"/"으애애" ("eeuu"/"eeun"/"euung"; can be read as wailing sounds) (JP: "アーウ"/"えーう", "auuu"/"euuu").
- "좋아요", often transliterated as "Joh-ayo"; can be taken as "I love [it]". (JP: "チョワヨ" or "ちょわよ", "chowayo".)
- "호박이", transliterated as "hobag" or "hobagi"; literally "pumpkin". (JP: "ホバギ"/"ほばぎ", "hobagi".)
It is common for Speaki as drawn in this style to behave like a very young child or even a small animal.
"Animal" Spiki
A trend exists depicting a version of the meme-style "Spiki" displaying behavior akin to a household pet or urban wildlife, which exists as a being or even species independent of Speaki and is identified specifically as "Spiki"; such works may feature themes including care-taking tips, pet or animal-like behaviors, and/or groups or families of this "Animal" Spiki. These posts are often also tagged as both "Spiki" and "Speaki". This does not represent all or even most depictions of the meme-style Speaki; this is only a notable subset.
