A Bus, typically yellow, designed to transport students to and from School or any school-related activities.
In 1939 by conference a shade of yellow, now known as school bus yellow, was decided to be used as the standard color for school buses in North America. While there is no standard requiring yellow to be used on school buses outside of North America, the uniqueness of the color and its association with schools has lead to some school systems outside North America to also adopt school buses of this color.
