Samuel (pronounced Sah-moo-el) is the seventh-ranked member of the Nine Heavenly Knights, an elite group within the Order of Valkyrie faction. Her epithet is The Arm of Wisdom.
Practically the embodiment of love itself, Samuel is kind, compassionate, and empathetic towards every person she meets, even those who are wicked by nature. Upon arriving in the human world, she has taken a hobby of baking sweets.
