Mayfael is the ninth-ranked member of the Nine Heavenly Knights, an elite group within the Order of Valkyrie faction. Her epithet is The Guardian Gun, and Procyon (Escalation Heroines) is her retainer.
Possessing a playful, but somewhat airheaded, personality, Mayfael is assigned by Azuel (Choukou) as Ikusabe Tokisada's bodyguard, possessing unparalelled defensive capabilities.
