Azur Lane's personification of the Japanese aircraft carrier Ryuuhou. Character designed by Tony Taka.
First introduced in the Swirling Cherry Blossoms event in December 2019 (one of her skills lends its name to the event).
In her base form, she is shown wearing a black Double-Breasted Military Uniform with a long-sleeved orange print Haori. She has long Black Hair tied in a Ponytail and Bangs swept to her right, Large Breasts, and Pink Horns.
She is also shown with a Katana-Wakizashi daishou pair attached to her Belt. Her way to launch aircraft is via Ofuda talismans, similar in principle to an Onmyouji.
