Her name was given to her by her lines telling Yuyusu that she should draw Miramikaru Riran (youkyu means request). Wears black Glasses, an open Black Jacket over a Yellow Hoodie printed with Genpatsu (Cookie)'s Tsurikichi Obasan face. Naturally grouped with the other members of her trio, Shiriri Saikyo and Shunga Youkyu.
