Putine is a Demon from Dragon Ball Heroes with her unique trait being ice magic. She is referred to as "two-faced" by Robelu, with her cutesy personality being a cover for her crueler one. She is known to bully her allies, especially Gravy (Dragon Ball). However, Salsa (Dragon Ball) and Towa (Dragon Ball) appear to be exempt from her bullying.
She has light Blue Skin, long Aqua Hair, Red Eyes, and Pointy Ears.
Putine is shown to change her allegiances a lot, depending upon what she gains from them. She is known to have been a wizard alongside Demigra, before betraying him and allying with Mechikabura. Later on, she allies with the Time Patrol (Dragon Ball) to prevent Towa from causing the second coming of Mechikabura.
